摘 要:为了提高聚丙烯薄膜的介电常数,利用陶瓷涂覆技术,在电容器用BOPP薄膜表面涂覆上一定厚度的Al2O3涂层,涂覆后,复合薄膜的介电常数从2.2提高到2.8(1 000 Hz)。把涂覆复合薄膜进行金属化蒸镀,制作成电容器,并进行了复合薄膜及其电容器相关性能测试。虽然涂覆复合薄膜的击穿强度有所下降,但电容器的损耗角正切增加不大。另外,涂覆复合薄膜电容器具有良好的自愈性能,可实现电容器"隔离自愈",能有效防止电容器自愈击穿短路失效。For improving the permittivity of polypropylene films,the Al2O3 coating with a definite thickness is coated on the surface of BOPP capacitor film by the ceramic coating technology.After the coating,the permittivity of the composite film is increased from 2.2 to 2.8(1000 Hz).The coated composite film is subject to evaporation to make into capacitor and related tests for the composite film and its capacitor are performed.Although the breakdown strength of the coated composite film is decreased,yet the tangent of the loss of capacitor is not increased too much.In addition,the coated composite film capacitor has good selfhealing property,which can realize the capacitor to isolate self-healing and effectively prevent the capacitor from self-healing breakdown of short circuit failure.
