摘　　要：针对城市配电网电缆化率升高导致线路末端高电压问题,提出基于营配贯通的电压问题成因分析技术和基于序列搜索的电压综合治理方法。本文以浙江某变电站及其10 kV出线为研究对象,依托R语言强大的数据分析与可视化功能,对营配系统数据进行分析,评估台区全年高电压水平,分析台区无功-电压调节合理性,以及电缆线路充电电容与台区无功倒送对变电站高电压影响,提出基于序列搜索的电压问题综合治理方法,协调多层电压治理设备提高电压质量,最后经实际算例验证了治理方法的有效性。In view of theproblem of high voltage at the end of the lineof urban distribution network due to high cable rate,the method of voltage problem analysis based on cut-through of marketing and power distribution and the method of voltage integrated management based on sequential search are proposed.In this paper,a certain substation and its 10 kV outgoing line in Zhejiang as the study object.With the strong data analysis and visualization function of R language,the marketing and power distribution data is analyzed,the high voltage level of the full year in the area is evaluated,the reactive power voltage adjustment reasonability of the area is analyzed and the influence of power supply capacitance of cable line and reactive power on high voltage of substation.The voltage control method based on sequential search is proposed to coordinate the multi-level voltage control equipment and improve the voltage quality.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
