摘  要:为了有效地解决在农网线路末端中长期存在的低电压问题,通过对目前几种常见治理措施的比较,提出了一种新的利用自耦变压器变压、交流接触器调压的线路自动稳压装置设计方案,该方案通过监测线路电压的变化,利用交流接触器相应地调整自耦变压器的一、二次侧变比,实现稳定用户端电压的目的。搭建了线路自动稳压装置样机,并进行了样机稳压性能试验,试验结果表明:样机能实现预定的稳压目标,对用户供电的稳定性影响小。该方案相比其他线路自动稳压装置设计方案,电路结构进一步简化,具有较高的可靠性,在确保稳压效果的前提下,降低了功能实现成本,对革新类似装置的技术方案有一定的借鉴意义。For solving effectively the problem of low voltage at the end of rural power network,a kind of new design proposal of automatic voltage stabilizing device with auto transformer for voltage change and AC contactor for voltage regulation is proposed through comparison present common management measures with purpose of achieving to stabilize end voltage of the user by way of monitoring variation of line voltage and by the use of AC contactor to adjust correspondingly the primary and secondary side transformation ratio of the auto transformer.The prototype of automatic voltage stabilization device of the line is established and the voltage stabilization performance test on the prototype is performed.It is shown by the test result that the prototype can realize the preset target of voltage stabilization with less influence on the power supply stability of the user.The proposal,compared to the design proposal of automatic voltage stabilization device of other line,has simpler circuit structure,high reliability and,on the premise of assuring voltage stabilizing result,reduces the function achievement cost and hasdefinitereference significance for innovating the technology proposal of similar device.
