摘  要:考虑风电场有功出力的随机波动特性,建立了交直流互联电网各省网间交直流并联输电通道功率优化分配模型。模型中以交直流并联输电通道总有功损耗的期望最小为目标,考虑了省网间电力交换计划约束和直流通道输电功率的调节限制约束。该模型是一个高维随机动态规划模型,直接求解难度很大。采用网络等值方法对每个时段的电网模型进行简化以降低电网节点数,并采用状态空间近似动态规划法实现了对优化模型的逐一时段解耦求解。先通过三阶段法求解每一个风电场出力误差场景下的优化模型,获得状态空间与状态解,然后在预测场景下逐一时段地求解单时段优化模型得到理想解,并从决策变量、随机变量、目标函数值等方面评价理想解与状态解的相似度以获得各时段的近似最优解。以某个实际大规模交直流互联电网为例,计算结果验证了所提出模型和求解方法的正确有效性。Considering the random fluctuation characteristics of active power output of wind farm,the optimization allocation model forof AC-DC parallel transmission channelamong provincial networks in an AC-DC interconnected power grid is established.In the model,with the expected minimum total active power loss in the AC-DC transmission channel as objective,the constraints of power exchange plan among provincial networks and DC channels*power regulation limits areconsidered.The model is a high-dimensional random dynamic programming modelwith very difficult direct solution.The network equivalence method is used to simplify the grid model at each time interval to reduce the number of node numbers in the grid,and the state space approximate dynamic programming algorithm is adopted to achieve the decoupling solution of the optimization model of each time interval.Firstly,the optimization model at output error scenario of each wind farm is solved by way of three-stage method so to obtain the state space and solution.Then,the optimization model at single time interval is solved at one by one time interval under prediction scenario so to obtain ideal solution.The similarity of ideal and state solution is evaluated through such aspects as decision variables,random variablesand objective function values to get approximate optimal solution of each period.With a practical large-scale AC-DC interconnected power grid for as an example,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm are verified by the calculation result.
