汉江生态经济带制造业高质量发展的对策研究

摘　　要：汉江生态经济带制造业的高质量发展,对湖北省的经济结构优化具有很大的价值。本文概括了汉江生态经济带制造业高质量发展的四大时代背景条件,论证了其面临的三大发展约束,主要包括生态约束挑战、产业空心化挑战与市场化挑战,并针对性地提出了对策建议,具体可以概括为:找好领头人,用好扩散效应的总体产业规划战略,用"高低兼顾"的制造业转型战略克服生态挑战,通过产业与企业"双层次战略"克服空心化挑战,以及通过全方位培育市场机制克服市场化挑战。It is sure that high quality development of the manufacturing industry in the hanjiang ecological economic belt is of greater value to the optimization of the economic structure of Hubei province.Then,the paper tries to summarize the manufacturing developmental quality’s background conditions in Hanjiang river ecological economic belt.Meanwhile,it demonstrates some developmental constraints such as ecological constraints,challenges of industrial hollowing out and market challenge.Finally,some countermeasures and recommendations are provided.The main contents are shown by looking for a good leader,adopting overall industry planning strategy with good diffusion effect,enhancing transformation of manufacturing strategy into ecological sustainability.Also,it is essential to conduct "double layer" industry and business strategy dealing with "hollowing out" challenges.Perhaps,it is important to cultivate market mechanism so as to overcome the market challenges.
