摘 要:以5A分子筛为载体,钛酸丁酯为钛源,稀土钇为掺杂材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Y-TiO2/5A复合材料,通过FTIR、XRD、UV-Vis-DRS和SEM等技术对其进行了结构表征,以诺氟沙星等抗生素为目标降解物,考察了其可见光催化性能。结果表明,Y-TiO2/5A中TiO2主要以锐钛矿晶型存在,TiO2较均匀地附着于5A分子筛的孔隙、层间或表面,并通过化学键与5A成功复合,Y对TiO 2的掺杂缩小了其禁带宽度,拓宽了催化材料的光谱吸收范围,增强了催化材料的可见光吸收能力。可见光下反应90 min后,Y-TiO2/5A对30 mg/L的诺氟沙星降解率可达84.16%,且该催化材料还具有良好的稳定性和普适性。5A loaded Y-doped TiO2 composite material was prepared by sol-gel method with butyl titanate as the titanium source,ytrium nitrate as the material of modifier.The structure and morphology of the as-prepared samples were characterized by FTIR,XRD,UV-Vis-DRS and SEM.The photocatalytic performance of the samples were evaluated by degradation of norfloxacin wastewater.The results show that TiO2 mainly existed as anatase crystalline phase in Y-TiO2/5A photocatalyst,and TiO2 nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed on the pore,interlayer or surface of 5A molecular sieve,as well as successfully compounded with 5A through chemical bonds.Moreover,compared with TiO2,Y-TiO2/5A composite has narrower band gap and wider spectral absorption range due to the doping of Y,which enhances the visible light absorption ability of the catalyst.After visible light irradiation of 90 min,the degradation rate for norfloxacin in the presence of Y-TiO2/5A photocatalyst can reach 84.16%,and the Y-TiO2/5A photocatalyst shows relatively excellent stability and universality.
