摘 要:以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、高锰酸钾、四水合氯化亚铁、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为主要原料,采用水相置换法制备出中空含锰四氧化三铁纳米催化剂Fe3O4-Mn,研究催化剂用量、pH值、温度、过氧化氢用量对于催化降解苯酚的影响。结果表明,对250 mL浓度100 mg/L的PhOH模拟废水,当催化剂Fe 3O 4-Mn用量0.15 g、pH=3、20℃、H2O2用量2.5 mL,反应时间25 min时,催化降解苯酚效果最好,PhOH去除率可达93.13%,其反应符合准二级吸附动力学。N,N- dimethylformamide (DMF),potassium permanganate,ferrous chloride tetrahydrate,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as the main raw material.Hollow manganese-containing Fe3O4 nanocatalyst were synthesized by aqueous phase replacement.The effects of catalyst Fe3O4-Mn dosage,pH value,temperature and hydrogen peroxide dosage on catalytic degradation of phenol were investigated.The result showed that as 250 mL concentration of 100 mg/L PhOH simulated wastewater,when the catalyst Fe 3O 4-Mn is used in an amount of 0.15 g,pH=3,20 ℃,H2O2 dosage is 2.5 mL,and reaction time is 25 min ,the catalytic degradation of phenol was the best,PhOH removal rate was up to 93.13%,and the reaction conforms to quasi-secondary adsorption kinetic.
