摘  要:综述了各类型渗透汽化膜的特点、制备方法及其在有机溶剂脱水领域的应用现状,对渗透汽化技术的发展方向进行了展望。相较于传统精馏技术,渗透汽化法在化工行业中的运用更为节能、环保,但长时间耐高温、耐溶剂的经济性稳定膜缺乏。为了克服这一瓶颈问题,综合了单一有机和无机膜优势的有机/无机渗透汽化膜被广泛开发,并在一些有机溶剂脱水中得到工业应用。节能、环保的渗透汽化技术在化工分离领域将拥有更加开阔的未来。The characteristics,preparation methods and organic solvents dehydration applications of various types of pervaporation membranes were reviewed.The development direction of pervaporation technology was also prospected.Compared with the traditional rectification technology,the pervaporation method was more energy saving and environmental in the chemical industry.However,it was short of the long-term high temperature resistant,solvent resistant and economically stable membranes.In order to overcome this bottleneck,organic/inorganic pervaporation membranes that combine the advantages of a single organic and inorganic membranes have been extensively developed and industrially applied in the dehydration of some organic solvents.Energy saving and environmental pervaporation technology will have a broader future in the field of chemical separation.
