摘  要:通过对一矿竖井罐笼提升信号闭锁系统存在副平峒和井底的安全门与摇台不闭锁,先放摇台后开安全门的问题进行分析,对罐笼到位控制回路、油泵控制回路的电气原理图的设计方法上进行简明合理的改进,从而提出了改进的具体方案。通过此次改进节约了设备运行成本,减少了故障停车和事故停车,保证了乘罐人员和设施设备的安全,提高了竖井提升系统的安全运行。Based on the analysis of the problem that the safety door and shaking table are not closed in the hoisting signal locking system of shaft cage in No.1 Mine,and then the safety door is opened first,the design method of the electrical schematic diagram of the cage control loop and the oil pump control loop is briefly and reasonably improved,and the concrete scheme of the improvement is put forward.Through this improvement,the operation cost of the equipment is saved,the maintenance cost is also saved,the fault parking and accident parking are reduced,and the protection locking of the added safety door and shaking table also avoids the malpractice of putting the shaking table first and then opening the safety door,ensures the safety of the passengers and facilities and equipment,and improves the shaft.Improve the safe operation of the system.
