摘 要:郭庄煤业井下对瓦斯浓度的监测主要依靠瓦斯传感器,但各个传感器设备独立布置,存在着监控范围小、工作稳定性差、虚报警频繁的问题,因此提出了一种基于RS485的煤矿瓦斯监控系统,实现对井下瓦斯含量的动态实时监控。根据在郭庄煤业的应用表明,该系统具有自动化程度高、瓦斯监测灵敏性好的优点,极大地提升了郭庄煤业井下综采作业的安全性。The monitoring of gas concentration in Guozhuang coal industry mainly depends on the gas sensor,but the sensor equipment is independently arranged.There are problems of small monitoring range,poor working stability and frequent virtual alarm.Therefore,a coal mine gas monitoring system based on RS485 is proposed.And the dynamic real-time monitoring of the underground gas content is realized.According to the application of the Guozhuang coal industry,the system has the advantages of high degree of automation and good gas monitoring sensitivity,and greatly improves the safety of the fully-mechanized mining operation in the Guozhuang coal industry.
