摘　　要：以福州市道路绿化为研究对象,深入分析项目建设阶段各专业各环节的主要问题及成因,并提出精准优化建议。并为其它城市同类型道路绿化建设提供借鉴和参考。Focusing on road greening projects in Fuzhou,this paper analyzes factors that affect process quality during the construction phase,and provides strategies to manage them,which could be employed to carry out efficient and quality construction activities in future plans in Fuzhou and other cities as well.
