摘　　要：结合参与罗源湾博澳码头调度楼施工实践,对包括调度楼在内的港口建筑物施工中的质量管理提出了若干值得借鉴和思考的要点。如把握好自然条件,要处理好海滩地基和建筑物基础,必须强化施工全过程的监测等等。Based on the practice of participating in the construction of the control building of Bo’ao Wharf in Luoyuan Bay,the author puts forward some points worthy of reference and consideration for the quality management in the construction of port buildings including the control building. For example,to grasp the natural conditions,to deal with the beach foundation and building foundation,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the whole construction process and so on.
