摘　　要：索赔是合理维护建筑工程参与主体利益的主要方式之一。通过分析合同索赔的依据范围,对建筑工程合同外索赔费用存在的问题及相应处理对策进行详细阐述,并探讨了索赔事件的时效性。Claim is one of the main ways to maintain the interests of the main participants in the construction project. Based on the analysis of the basis scope of contract claim, this paper expounds the existing problems of claim cost outside the contract of construction project and the corresponding countermeasures, and discusses the timeliness of claim events.
