江西省某高校女教师体脂百分率与体质指标关系研究

摘　　要：目的分析江西省某高校女教师体脂百分率(percentage of body fat,BF%)与体质指标的关系。方法2016年,组织江西省某高校在校女教师进行体质测试,获得身高、体质量、握力、闭眼单脚站立、反应时、心脏功能能力(FC值)、肺活量、BF%等相应数据,按照年龄分为<45岁组,45~岁组,>55岁组,对数据进行分析。结果<45岁组,45~岁组,>55岁组肥胖率分别为33.33%、46.73%、48.03%。<45岁组与45~岁组(χ2=5.46,P=0.019),>55岁组(χ2=7.28,P=0.007)比较差异有统计学意义。不同年龄段高校女教师在握力、闭眼单脚站立、反应时、FC、肺活量、BF%等体质指标上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),更年期多数体质指标下降(P<0.05)。同一年龄段,不同BF%,坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立和握力指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更年期肥胖增速阶段是女性体质下降的关键时期。建议关注不同年龄段女教师体质的变化,根据不同年龄段,特别是更年期体质变化特点进行科学锻炼。Objective To analyze the correlation between the percentage of body fat(BF%)and physique index among female teachers in a university in Jiangxi.Methods In 2016,relevant data as height,weight,grip strength,single leg balance with eyes closed,responding time,cardiac function,lung capacity and BF%were obtained by physical fitness tests among female teachers who were divided into three age groups in a university.Data were analyzed and compared.Results The obesity rates were 33.33%,46.73%and 48.03%of female teachers in the age group of<45years group,45-years group and>55years group,the difference was statistically significant between<45years group and 45-years group(χ2=5.46,P=0.019)as well as between<45years group and>55years group(χ2=7.28,P=0.007).There were significant differences in grip strength,single leg balance with closed eyes,responding time,cardiac function,lung capacity and BF%of female teachers in different age groups(P<0.05).Most of the physique indices declined among female teachers in menopause(P<0.05).The differences in body flexibility,balance and grip strength were statistically significant among subjects in the same age group with different BF%(P<0.05).Conclusions The BF%increases dramatically among women in menopause with higher obesity rate and faster physical decline.It is suggested to pay attention to the physical changes of female teachers in different age,especially those in menopause.
