四维超声STIC技术对中孕早期胎儿心脏畸形的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探究动态四维时间STIC技术是否能精准地检测到在胎儿心脏畸形。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2017年1月~2018年1月期间在本院进行检查的孕妇203例,将203例孕妇先行进行二维超声检查,将二维超声检查设为对照组。而后对其进行四维超声STIC技术检查,将其设为观察组,得出相关数据,对比两种检查方法的诊断结果。结果在经妊娠后再检测,二维超声诊断正确率为94.58%,其中,误诊8胎,漏3胎,而四维超声诊断正确率为99.01%,误诊2胎,漏诊0胎,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除此之外,两组的孕妇满意度分别为98.52%,86.21%,就结果以观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论四维超声STIC技技诊断的精确度,很好地弥补了传统二维超声诊断中错诊、误诊的缺点,有很强的应用价值。Objective:To investigate whether dynamic four-dimensional time STIC can accurately detect fetal heart malformations.Methods:This study selected 203 pregnant women who were examined in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.203 pregnant women were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound,and the two-dimensional ultrasound was set as the control group.Then four-dimensional ultrasound STIC technology examination was carried out and set up as the observation group.Relevant data were obtained and the diagnostic results of the two methods were compared.Results:The correct rate of twodimensional ultrasound was 94.58%.Among them,8 fetuses were misdiagnosed and 3 were missed,while the correct rate of fourdimensional ultrasound was 99.01%.Two fetuses were misdiagnosed and 0 were missed.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction rate of pregnant women in the two groups was 98.52%and 86.21%,respectively.The result was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of four-dimensional ultrasound STIC technology diagnosis can make up for the shortcomings of traditional two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,and has a strong application value.
