用化痰泄热方治疗社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证的效果及对患者血清皮质醇水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用化痰泄热方治疗社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证的效果及对患者血清皮质醇水平的影响。方法:将2017年1月至2018年6月期间中山市中医院收治的60例社区获得性肺炎患者根据随机数表法分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者使用化痰泄热方进行治疗。然后观察两组患者治疗开始至各项临床症状消失的时间、血清皮质醇(COR)的水平、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平及全血白细胞(WBC)计数。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,其治疗开始至体温恢复正常的时间、治疗开始至咳嗽咳痰消失的时间及治疗开始至肺部湿啰音消失的时间均短于对照组患者,其血清COR的水平、血清CRP的水平及全血WBC计数均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用化痰泄热方治疗社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证的效果显著,能快速地改善患者的临床症状,降低其血清COR的水平、血清CRP的水平及全血WBC计数。objective:to investigate the effect of the prescription of resolving phlegm and relieving heat in the treatment of phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome in community acquired pneumonia and its effect on serum cortisol level.Methods:60 patients with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to zhongshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to June 2018 were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the random number table.Both groups were treated routinely.On this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with the prescription of resolving phlegm and releasing heat.The time from the start of treatment to the end of each clinical symptom,serum cortisol(COR)levels,serum c-reactive protein(CRP)levels and WBC counts were then observed.Results:after treatment,the observation group of patients treatment the total effective rate was higher than the control group of patients,the treatment to body temperature returned to normal time,began to cough and expectoration vanished time and treatment to lung wet then disappear time is shorter than the control group of patients,the levels of serum COR,serum CRP level and whole blood WBC count were lower than the control group patients,P<0.05.Conclusion:the treatment of community acquired pneumonia syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung by phlegm-heat prescription has a significant effect,which can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of serum COR,serum CRP and WBC count of the whole blood.
