摘　　要：目的探讨针灸推拿结合理疗康复及综合护理干预在颈椎病中的应用效果。方法选取郧阳区中医医院2016年1月-2018年3月收治的颈椎病患者60例,按照计算机法分为参照组和试验组,各30例。两组均给予针灸推拿结合理疗康复治疗,参照组给予常规护理干预措施,试验组给予综合护理干预措施。比较两组临床效果,满意率。结果试验组总有效率低于参照组,满意率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸推拿结合理疗康复及综合护理干预在颈椎病中的应用效果良好,可改善患者临床症状及体征,提高其满意度。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with physical therapy rehabilitation and comprehensive nursing intervention on cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were selected from January 2016 to March 2018 in Yunyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into reference group and experimental group according to the computer method,30 cases each of group.Both groups were given acupuncture and massage combined with physical therapy rehabilitation treatment,the reference group were given routine nursing interventions,the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing interventions.The clinical effect and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group of the total effective rate was lower than the reference group,and the satisfaction rate was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with physical therapy rehabilitation and comprehensive nursing intervention in the application of cervical spondylosis has a good effect,it can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve their satisfaction.
