孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对哮喘儿童临床症状和气道重塑的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对哮喘儿童临床症状和气道重塑的作用。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月广东省妇幼保健院儿科收治的278例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,其中139例采用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗为对照组,另139例采用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合口服孟鲁司特钠片治疗为观察组,比较两组患儿治疗前后临床症状和气道重塑指标。结果治疗后观察组日间症状评分、夜间症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组转化生长因子-β(TFG-β)、人基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)明显降低,且观察组TGF-β、MMP-9、TIMP-1明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗哮喘,可有效改善患儿临床症状,抑制气道重塑。Objective To explore the effects of montelulast sodium combined with budesonide on clinical symptoms and airway remodeling in children with asthma. Methods A total of 278 cases of children with asthma in Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 as the research objects, including 139 patients with budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation therapy as the control group, the other 139 cases with budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation combined therapy with budesonide as the observation group. The clinical symptoms and airway remodeling indicators of child patients in 2 groups before and after treatment then compared and analyzed. Results The daytime and nighttime symptom scores after treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).TGF-β, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment. TGF-β,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthma can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and inhibit airway remodeling.
