右美托咪定预防椎管内麻醉后寒颤效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察右美托咪定预防椎管内麻醉后寒颤的效果及安全性。方法将2016年1月-2017年12月医院收治的椎管内麻醉患者100例随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。2组患者均实施椎管内麻醉,观察组给予右美托咪定0.5μg/kg静脉泵注,对照组给予生理盐水。比较2组寒颤评分、寒颤发生率、镇静状态评分、不良反应发生情况、不同时间平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)。结果观察组寒颤评分、寒颤发生率及麻醉不良反应发生率均低于对照组,镇静评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组T1、T2时MAP均高于对照组,HR低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定用于椎管内麻醉患者中可有效避免麻醉后寒颤,无明显不良反应,是一种安全的药物。Objective To explore the effect and safety of dexmedetomidine in preventing chills after spinal anesthesia.Methods 100 patients with spinal anesthesia in hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases.Both groups of patients underwent spinal anesthesia.The observation group was given dexmedetomidine 0.5μg/kg intravenous pumping,and the control group was given normal saline.The chill report,chill rate,sedation score,incidence of adverse reactions,mean arterial pressure(MAP),and heart rate(HR)were compared between the two groups.Results The chill report,the incidence of chills,and the incidence of adverse anesthesia were lower in the observation group than the control group,the sedation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MAP of the observation group T1 and T2 was higher than that of the control group,and the HR was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine used in patients with spinal anesthesia can effectively avoid chills after anesthesia and has no obvious adverse reactions.It is a safe drug.
