摘  要:以双酚F环氧树脂为基体,以ZnO为导热填料,制备了EP导热绝缘复合材料。用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对氧化锌进行了改性,并研究了改性后的ZnO含量对复合材料力学性能、电绝缘性能以及导热性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着填料含量的增加,力学性能出现先降低后增大的现象,并在ZnO含量为15wt%时性能最好;介电性能略有改变但仍然维持了聚合物材料所具有的低介电常数和低介电损耗的特点;复合材料的导热系数呈增加趋势,表明ZnO有效改善了树脂的导热性能。The thermal conductive and insulating composites of EP were prepared with bisphenol F epoxy resin as matrix and nano-ZnO as thermal conductive filler. The ZnO was modified by silane coupling agent KH-570 and the effects of the content of modified ZnO on the mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties, thermal conductivity and thermal conductivity of the composites were studied. The results showed that with the increase of filler content: the mechanical properties first decrease and then increase, and the best performance is obtained when the content of ZnO is 15 wt%;the dielectric constant changes slightly, but it still maintains the characteristics of electrical insulation, low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss of polymer materials;the thermal conductivity of the composite increased which indicated that ZnO can effectively improve the thermal conductivity of the resin.
