摘 要:以氧化聚乙烯蜡为原料,采用复合乳化剂吐温-60、司潘-60常压制备无助剂的氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液。利用单因素法考察了配方组成、乳化时间、乳化温度和搅拌速度对氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液性能的影响,确定了吐温-60、司潘-60、水和氧化聚乙烯蜡的质量比为3/2/70/25,得到了最佳操作条件:乳化温度110℃、乳化时间15min、搅拌速度1400 r/min。制得的氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液的颜色、固含量、pH值、粒度和稳定性均满足造纸的基本要求,因而它可用于造纸工业。Tween-60 and Span-60 were used as compound emulsifier to prepare oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion by normal pressure method. Effects of formula composition, emulsifying time, emulsifying temperature and stirring speed on the oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion were investigated by single factor method, and the optimal dosage is Tween-60/Span-60/water/oxidized polyethylene wax=3/2/70/25.Meantime, the best preparation conditions were determined as follows: emulsifying time, 15 min;emulsifying temperature, 110℃;stirring speed, 1400 r/min. Under these conditions, the prepared oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion such as solid content, pH value meet the basic requirement of paper-making industry.
