摘 要:本文借助自主搭建的摩阻测试系统,研究了聚合物减阻剂浓度和剪切速率对减阻效率的影响规律及剪切破坏规律。结果表明,减阻率随剪切速率变化可分为三个阶段,总体趋势为先增大后减小;在较低的剪切速率下,减阻率随浓度的增加而减小,在较高的剪切速率下,减阻率随浓度的增加而增加;聚合物减阻剂的瞬时剪切破坏程度较严重。研究结果可为减阻剂的机理研究和现场施工提供参考。A laboratory friction measurement system was established to study the influence of polymer drag reducer concentration and shear rate on friction reduction rate and shear failure mechanism. The result showed that the change of DR by the influence of shear rate, increasing first and then decreasing in general,could be divided into three stages. The DR decreased with the growth of concentration at lower shear rate and increased at higher shear rate. The instantaneous shear damage of polymer was far serious. This research provided the references for mechanism study and field application.
