摘 要:通过对不同化学成份的粉煤灰制作而成的隔热材料进行试验,测定了不同成份粉煤灰制作而成的隔热材料的坍落度、体积密度、吸水率及单轴抗压强度等具体参数,研究了粉煤灰的化学成份对隔热材料的流动性、导热性、抗压强度和抗冻性等关键性能的影响及其机理。研究表明:粉煤灰的烧失量跟隔热材料的性能有直接关系;烧失量大的粉煤灰制作而成的隔热材料往往流动性较差,凝结速度将会减慢,同时会削弱隔热材料的单轴抗压强度,但隔热材料的永久强度仍在l.OMPa以上;烧失量大的粉煤灰制作而成的隔热材料抗冻性能较差,但是仍然能够在深井煤矿巷道中进行使用。Through a large num ber of tests on insulating materials made of fly ash with different chemical compositions,the slump,bulk density,water absorption and uniaxial compressive strength of insulating materials made from different components of fly ash were determined.The specific parameters were studied to prove the influence of the chemical composition of fly ash on the key properties of thermal insulation materials such as fluidity,thermal conductivity,compressive strength and frost resistance.Studies shows that:the loss of fly ash is directly related to the performance of insulation materials;the insulation materials made from fly ash with large loss of ignition tend to have poor fluidity,and the condensation speed will slow down.Meanwhile,it will W eaken the uniaxial compressive strength of the insulation material,but the perm anent strength of the insulation material is still above l.OMPa.The insulation material made of fly ash with large loss of ignition has poor frost resistance,but can still be used in the deep mine roadways.
