高聚物注浆抬升无砟轨道沉降施工技术研究

摘　　要：施工单位施工站前广场地下停车场时,采用井点降水法施工工艺导致站台墙段沉降,最大沉降量达38.22mm。遵循“先沉降评估、后抬道整治”原则,采用确定抬升单元、合理布置注浆孔、钻孔安管、制订抬升量循环控制依据、注浆封孔等合理施工工艺,完成了高聚物注浆抬升无砟轨道沉降段结构的抬升,恢复了设计轨面高程且保证了线路平顺性,全部工程达到现行工程质量验收标准.In the process of construction of basem ent car park of station square,the construction unit use the wellpoint dewatering,which resulted in the sedim entation of platform wall,with the maximum of 38.22mm.By the principle of"following regulation before settlem ent assessment"It adopts lifting units,arranging reasonable grouting holes and drilling pipe,as well as establishing the control basis of lifting amount cycle,grouting hole sealing,and the lifting of the settlem ent section structure of ballastless rail with high polymer grounting.The designed rail level is restored and the smoothness of the line is ensured.All the projects meet the current project quality acceptance standards.
