摘  要:利用频谱模型对频域介电响应曲线进行解释,是介电响应技术在绝缘材料状态评估方面的常用手段。近年来,在油纸绝缘状态诊断方面,频域介电响应技术得到了广泛关注,但由于介电响应模型和频谱解释方法研究的不足,其进一步应用受到限制。以油纸绝缘宽频介电响应的解谱分析和频谱模型研究为主要工作,在不同温度下的频域介电响应测量结果的基础上,分离出不同温度下的极化和电导过程的频谱曲线,对其温度特性进行分析和拟合,并结合热激励去极化电流,讨论各极化过程的类型和微观参数。结果表明,油纸绝缘宽频介电响应由电导过程及低频和高频极化过程构成,在此基础上提出相应的频谱模型,发现该模型的计算结果与实验结果吻合良好。It is a common means in the field of insulating materials assessment to interpret the frequency domain dielectric response curve by spectral model.In recent years,frequency domain dielectric response technology has received extensive attention in the diagnosis of oil-paper insulation state.However,due to the lack of research on dielectric response model and spectrum analysis method,its further application is limited.In this paper,the spectrum analysis and spectrum model study of wide-band dielectric response of oil-paper insulation are the main work.Based on the measurement of frequency-domain dielectric response at different temperatures,the spectrums of polarization and conductance processes at different temperatures were separated from dielectric response curve,and their temperature characteristics were analyzed by curve fitting.The types and microscopic parameters of each polarization process were further discussed by thermal stimulated depolarization current.The results show that the wide-band dielectric response of oil-paper insulation consists of the conductance process and the low-frequency and high-frequency polarization processes.Based on above research,the corresponding spectrum model was proposed,which was in good agreement with the experimental results.
