摘　　要：本文旨在对国内外静脉血栓栓塞症风险评估工具的特点、临床应用现状以及其局限性进行阐述和分析总结,以期为评估工具的改进和选择提供参考,以便于对有发生静脉血栓栓塞症倾向的患者进行早期风险预警,实施有效的个体化预防.This paper elaborated and analyzed the characteristics, clinical application and limitations of risk assessment tools for venous thromboembolism at home and abroad so as to provide a reference for improving and selecting assessment tools, and an early risk warning for patients with the risk of venous thromboembolism to carry out effective individualized prevention.
