摘　　要：研究一种基于加热冷凝原理的气溶胶发生器。提出一种新型的基于绝热陶瓷外壳封装结构的加热器。讨论其结构方案和制作工艺,并进行加工制作。基于该加热器,设计了气溶胶发生器系统。开发出1台商用化的新型气溶胶发生器,并进行实验测试。测试结果表面,该气溶胶发生器可以在很短的时间内快速产生气溶胶粒子,减少预热时间,提高了实际检测中的工作效率。A new type of thermal aerosol generator is developed.The structure of the heater is designed and manufactured.The heater is packaged in one heat insulation material which can increase the temperature rapidly,and make the generator to produce aerosol quickly.The aerosol generator system is also designed and manufactured.
