摘 要:目的了解北京市肾综合征出血热报告病例流行病学特征,为北京市肾综合征出血热的防控提供依据。方法对2010-2018年北京市肾综合征出血热报告病例信息进行汇总,并对资料进行分析,采用系统聚类分析的方法进行地区发病率分析。结果2010-2018年北京市累计报告肾综合征出血热本地病例132例,其中男性106例,女性26例,男女性别比为4.08:1。2013年报告病例27例,发病率0.13/10万,为报告病例数及发病率高峰,自2014年起报告病例数及发病率呈逐年下降趋势,2018年发病率及病例数略有上升;春夏交替时节(5月)为发病高峰,冬春季(11-12月)呈现发病小高峰。报告病例以男性及15~59岁年龄组人群为主(92.42%);病例职业以家务及待业、干部职员和农民为主。地区分布结果显示,2010-2018年北京市累计报告病例数居前5位的区分别为朝阳区、海淀区、丰台区、西城区、大兴区;发病率聚类结果显示,延庆区发病率最高。结论北京市自2014年起肾综合征出血热报告病例数及发病率整体呈下降趋势,应在报告病例数及发病率较高的地区加强病例感染来源调查,同时应加强人群健康宣教及疾病监测。Objective To understand the epidemiological features of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)in Beijing,provide basis for prevention and control of HFRS in Beijing.Methods Data of HFRS cases in Beijing from 2010-2018 were collected and analyzed.The system cluster analysis was used to analyze the regional distribution of incidence.Results Totally 132 HFRS cases were reported from 2010-2018 in Beijing.There were 106 male cases and 26 female cases,with the male-to-female ratio of 4.08∶1.27 cases were reported in 2013 with the incidence rate of 0.13/lakh,which was the peaks of number of reported cases and incidence rate.The number of reported cases and incidence rate show a rising trend since 2014,and those increased slightly in 2018.The peak season appeared in alternate season of spring and summer(May),while the second peak appeared in autumn and winter(November to December).The reported cases were mainly male and 1559 year old group(92.42%).The occupationS of the cases were mainly housework and unemployment,cadres,staff and farmers.Regional distribution showed that the top five districts with the most number of reported cases were Chaoyang District,Haidian District,Fengtai District,Xicheng District and Daxing District,and the clustering results showed that Yanqing District had the highest incidence.Conclusion The number of reported cases and incidence of HFRS in Beijing show the downward trend since 2014.It is necessary to strengthen the investigation of the infection source in the areas with high number of reported cases and incidence,and strengthen the public health education and disease monitoring.
