摘 要:创造性地采用速生植物提取液沉淀CeCl3料液,分析研究了植物提取液沉淀CeCl3的反应机制,考察了CeCl3浓度、反应温度、反应时间、晶种加入量、陈化时间等因素对沉淀产品稀土总量的影响,并对制得的稀土沉淀物进行了化学成分分析以及X射线衍射、差热-热重、扫描电镜和粒度检测。结果表明:植物提取液主要成分为Na2CO3,NaHCO3等碳酸盐类物质,用植物提取液沉淀CeCl3,得到的沉淀产品为Ce2(CO3)3。沉淀反应的最佳CeCl3浓度为180 g·L^-1(以稀土氧化物计即以REO计),反应温度为30℃,晶种量为5%,反应时间为120 min,陈化时间为2 h,沉淀制得Ce2(CO3)3稀土总量达46.67%,且粒度较大,各项质量指标均优于Ce2(CO3)3产品国家质量标准。Creatively using fast-growing plant extraction to precipitate feed liquid of cerium chloride,the mechanism of precipitation of cerium chloride by plant extraction was explored and the influence of the concentration of cerium chloride,reaction temperature,reaction time,seed addition amount,and aging time on total rare earth content of the precipitation products was investigated.Prepared rare earth deposits were analyzed by chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction,DSC,SEM and particle size detection.The results showed that the main composition of plant extraction was carbonate substances such as sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate and the sedimentation was cerous carbonate.The optimal concentration of cerium chloride of precipitation reaction was 180 g·L-1(by rare earth oxides,namely REO);the reaction temperature was 30℃;the seed addition amount was 5%;reaction time was 120 min;the aging time was 2 h.The total rare earth content of cerium carbonate was 46.67%,and the grain size was bigger.The quality indexes were better than the national quality standards of cerium carbonate products.
