摘 要:Z-1井位于湘鄂西褶皱带桑植-石门复向斜南部背斜带构造,针对该区块钻井速度极低、井身质量控制困难、故障复杂发生概率高等技术难点,该井首次应用了空气钻井技术。空气钻井技术具有其优势和局限性,从Z-1井现场实钻情况及取得的主要应用效果来看,空气钻井能显著提高机械钻速、控制井身质量、有效地保护环境,该井的应用也为后期桑植-石门复向斜构造空气钻井提速提供了实践经验。Z-1 Well is located in the south anticlinal zone of Sangzhi-Shimen syncline in the west Hunan-Hubei fold belt.In view of the difficulties in quality control of wells with extremely low drilling speed and high probability of complex faults in this area,air drilling technology is applied to Z-1 Well for the first time.Air drilling technology has its advantages and limitations.In terms of the field drilling situation of Z-1 Well and the main application results obtained,air drilling can significantly improve the rate of penetration,control wellbore quality and effectively protect the environment,providing practical experience for the air drilling speed increase in Sangzhi-Shimen synclinal structure.
