摘 要:在高含水期和低油价形势下,简化优化地面集输工艺是提高油田开发效益的必然要求和趋势,其技术关键就是采用油井串接模式并实现采出液的常温输送。调研江汉油区油井集输系统现状,分析常温输送的主要因素影响,对地面工艺简化优化的技术可行性进行探讨,给出界定常温输送的经验公式,从而可提出地面集输工艺简化优化的思路和具体做法,通过试验和实施取得了显著的效果。Under the situation of high water cut and low oil price, it is an inevitable requirement and trend to simplify and optimize the surface gathering and transportation technology to improve the benefit of oilfield development. This paper researches the status of oil gathering and transferring system in Jianghan oil region, analyzes the main factors to affect normal temperature conveying, studies the feasibility of the ground simplified optimization process and gives a empirical formula for definition of normal temperature conveying, providing thoughts and concrete methods for surface gathering process simplified optimization. Test and implementation have obtained the remarkable effect.
