摘 要:老井侧钻是实现老油田稳产的一种有效方式,传统钻机侧钻需要移除现有油管、封隔器和井口装置等,而采用连续管钻井可以避免以上施工流程,并能实现欠平衡钻井,具有降低作业成本,提高油气产量的优点。为了推动国内连续管侧钻翼肋导向马达钻井技术应用,通过阐述贝克休斯连续管翼肋导向马达钻井技术的工作原理及翼肋导向马达结构,分析阿拉斯加北坡Prudhoe Bay油田老井应用实例,认为该技术能够有效延伸水平段位移,缩短建井时间,能为国内老油田有效提高油气采收率、降低作业成本,供同行借鉴。Lateral drilling of old wells is an effective way to achieve stable production of old oilfield. Conventional sidetracking requires the removal of existing tubing, packer and wellhead devices, but coiled tubing drilling can avoid the above process and allow for underbalanced drilling, which reduces operating costs and increases oil and gas production. In order to promote domestic drilling technology of continuous tube sidetracking with rib wing guiding motor, this paper analyzes the working principle of Baker Hughes drilling technique and rib wing guiding motor structure, discusses old well application examples in the north slope of Alaska Prudhoe Bay Oilfield, and concludes that this technology can effectively extend horizontal displacement, shorten well building time, effectively increase oil and gas recovery rate of the domestic old oilfield and reduce the operation cost.
