摘　　要：为了解决现有A802AG型磨胶辊机无法适用于不同上罗拉轴承的问题,对该机和HT101型磨砺装置夹紧结合件进行技术改造;介绍A802AG型磨胶辊机在磨砺工艺、工作台换向方式、砂轮宽度、自动计数系统方面的改造,以及HT101型磨砺装置的设计和应用注意事项。指出:改造后A802AG型磨胶辊机可实现无级变速,一机多用;具有提高工作效率、降低劳动强度、满足正常生产需要等优点。In order to solve the problem that the cot grinding machine A802AG can not be applied to the different top roller bearings,technical transformation of the machine and the clamping conjunction parts of grinding device HT101 are carried out.The transformation of the cot grinding machine A802AG in grinding technology,reversing mode of worktable,width of grinding wheel and automatic counting system,as well as the design and attentions of grinding device HT101 are introduced.It is pointed out that the modified cot grinding machine A802AG can realize stepless change of speed and can be used for multiple purposes.It has the advantages of improving work efficiency,educing labor intensity and meeting the needs of normal production.
