摘　　要：在文献综述法、专家咨询法的基础上,遵循完整、科学、可行的原则,运用层次分析法、计量分析法等方法建立起一个具有2个一级指标、5个二级指标、8个三级指标、8个四级指标、4个五级指标的指标体系并进行实证研究,为今后评价我国卫生政策研究机构的学术能力提供参考。On the basis of the literature review method and the expert consultation method,follow the principles of completeness,science and feasibility.Using the methods of analytic hierarchy process and econometric analysis,an index system with two first-level indicators,five second-level indicators,eight three-level indicators,eight four-level indicators and four five-level indicators are established and empirical research is carried out.It provides a reference for evaluating the academic ability of China's health policy research institutions in the future.
