摘　　要：阐述了医务社会工作者在实践过程中常见的因知情权、保密与隐私权、资源分配、利益等引发的伦理问题,并提出在医务社会工作中应遵循尊重案主知情自决权、公平与公益原则、生命至上、优先次序原则,且应加强医务社会工作者的伦理教育,建立完善的本土化医务社会工作伦理制度。It states the common ethical dilemma in practice of medical social work which caused by right to know,right confidentiality and privacy,resource allocation and benefit.It puts forward that should abide by respecting client know factors and self-determination right,principle of justice and public benefit,life first,principle of priority in practice of medical social work,and should strengthen ethical education for medical social workers,establish perfect localization medical social work ethical system.
