微创小切口切除术治疗腋臭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微创小切口切除术治疗腋臭的临床疗效及安全性。方法统计分析2016年1月-2019年6月于我科采用微创小切口切除术治疗腋臭的118例患者的术后疗效及相关并发症。结果术后平均随访16个月,腋下异味消除总有效率为98.3%,相关并发症包括血肿、切口愈合延迟、皮瓣坏死、感染、皮下囊肿等,经有效的治疗后均痊愈,患者满意度高。结论该术式疗效显著,切口小,恢复快,复发率低,是目前根治腋臭的主流方法。需采取相应措施减少并发症的发生,提高疗效及患者满意度。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of minimally invasive large sweat gland resection in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods From January 2016 to June 2019,the postoperative efficacy and related complications of 118 patients with axillary osmidrosis treated by minimally invasive small incision resection were statistically analyzed.Results The average follow-up period was 16 months.The total effective rate of subaxillary odour elimination was 98.3%.The related complications included hematomas,delayed wound healing,flap necrosis,infection,subcutaneous cyst and so on.All of them were cured after effective treatment,and the patient satisfaction was high.Conclusion The curative effect of this method is remarkable,the incision is small,the recovery is fast,and the recurrence rate is low,which is the mainstream method to cure axillary odor at present.It is necessary to take corresponding measures to reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the curative effect and patient satisfaction.
