摘　　要：目的观察外用烟酰胺精华液治疗黄褐斑的疗效,探究治疗黄褐斑安全有效的方法。方法本临床试验共纳入22例黄褐斑患者,患者每日使用烟酰胺美白精华2次,早晚各一次,分别在治疗前和治疗3个月后进行改良黄褐斑面积和严重指数(modified Melasma Area and Severity Index Score,mMASI)评分,皮肤图像分析系统(VISIA)拍摄图片并记录不良反应。结果外用烟酰胺精华液治疗黄褐斑3个月后mMSAI评分(2.277±2.338分)低于治疗前mMASI(5.059±4.243分)评分,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论外用烟酰胺精华液治疗黄褐斑疗效确切,不良反应少,患者满意度高,适合临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of niacinamide cream on melasma.Methods 22 patients with melasma were treated with niacinamide cream twice a day.mMASI scores were decided by two doctors before treatment and after the treatment of a period of three months.VISIA skin images were taken for observing the efficacy of niacinamide cream.Results The mMASI score after treatment is lower than the mMASI score before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The treatment of niacinamide cream on melasma has an observable cure rate,lowly adverse reactions rate and high degree of satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
