摘　　要：目的总结新生儿先天性单侧唇裂修复术患儿围手术期护理措施,保障手术修复效果,提升护理质量。方法术前充分评估患儿病情、完善各项检查、做好药物过敏试验、口腔护理、患儿家属的心理护理及健康宣教;术中做好患儿体位护理、生命体征监测等配合工作;术后给予生命体征及切口观察、预防切口感染、口腔护理、营养支持;出院时并做好患儿家属的健康宣教,定期随访。结果2015年1月~2019年5月共有37例先天性单侧唇裂患儿接受修复术,手术均顺利完成,经精心护理,切口均一期愈合拆线出院,随访半年,37例患儿唇部形态良好,无明显疤痕,吮吸等口腔功能正常。结论系统、科学的围手术期护理是保障先天性单侧唇裂修复术顺利完成的重要环节,对促进切口愈合,唇部形态塑形,口腔正常功能恢复具有积极作用。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing measures for neonates with congenital unilateral cleft lip repair,to ensure the effect of surgical repair and improve the quality of care.Methods Fully evaluate the condition of the child before surgery,improve the various examinations,do a good drug allergy test,oral care,psychological care and health education for the children's family members;do well in the operation of the child's position care,vital signs monitoring,etc.;Give vital signs and incision observation,prevent wound infection,oral care,nutritional support;do a good job in the health education of the family members of the children at the time of discharge,and follow up regularly.Results From January 2015 to May 2019,a total of 37 children with congenital unilateral cleft lip were treated with surgery.The operation was successfully completed.After careful nursing,the incision was healed and discharged in one stage.After half a year of follow-up,37 cases of children's lip morphology Good,no obvious scars,sucking and other oral functions.Conclusion Systematic and scientific perioperative nursing is an important part to ensure the successful completion of congenital unilateral cleft lip repair.It has a positive effect on promoting wound healing,lip shape shaping and normal oral function recovery.
