程序化护理在先天性唇腭裂综合序列治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨程序化护理在先天性唇腭裂综合序列治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月在我院进行综合序列治疗的先天性唇腭裂患儿105例为观察对象,根据入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组;对照组实施常规护理,观察组成立程序化护理小组,制定唇腭裂综合序列治疗程序化护理计划,并由经培训合格的专科护士按照护理计划实施程序化护理。比较两组患儿术中失血量、手术时间、住院时间,患儿家长健康知识达标率和对护理工作满意度。结果观察组术中失血量较对照组少,手术时间和住院时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长健康知识掌握达标率为94.12%,护理满意度为98.04%,对照组患儿家长健康知识掌握达标率为79.63%,护理满意度为83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在先天性唇腭裂综合序列治疗患儿中开展程序化护理模式可有效加速患儿康复,改善预后,提升患儿家长健康知识掌握度,提高家庭照护质量和家长对护理质量满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of programmed nursing in the treatment of congenital cleft lip and palate.Methods 105 children with congenital cleft lip and palate who underwent comprehensive sequence therapy in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were observed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group established a programmatic nursing group to develop a cleft lip and palate comprehensive sequence treatment programmatic nursing plan,and the trained nurses implemented the programmatic care according to the nursing plan.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,parental health knowledge compliance rate and satisfaction of nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of parents'health knowledge in the observation group was 94.12%,and the satisfaction degree of nursing was 98.04%.The compliance rate of parents'health knowledge in the control group was 79.63%,and the satisfaction degree of nursing was 83.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with congenital cleft lip and palate,the programmatic nursing mode can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation of children,improve the prognosis,improve the parents'health knowledge,improve the quality of family care and parents'satisfaction with the quality of care.It is worthy of clinical promotion.application.
