程序化护理在烧伤整形患者脱细胞异体真皮移植术围术期的实践体会

摘　　要：目的探析烧伤整形患者脱细胞异体真皮移植术围术期实施程序化护理效果。方法对2018年1月~2019年9月接治的85例烧伤整形患者的脱细胞异体真皮移植术围术期护理进行回顾性研究,分析程序化护理的措施和临床效果,通过正性负性心理调查表(PANAS)评测围术期患者心理状态和术后移植皮区疼痛度,掌握术后并发症情况和住院时间,并随访评测手术美观效果。结果本组患者手术均顺利完成,围术期PANAS评分为(35.30±2.15)分,术后VAS评分为(2.86±0.44)分,术后住院时间为(9.24±1.23)d;术后并发症发生率为2.58%;随访6个月,本组患者移植皮区美观总有效率为96.47%。结论在烧伤整形细胞异体真皮移植术围术期实施程序化护理,有助于稳定患者心理,减轻不良情绪,减轻术后疼痛,促进患者恢复,提高手术效果。Objective To explore the effect of procedural nursing on patients with burn and plastic surgery.Methods A retrospective study was carried out on the perioperative nursing of 85 burn plastic patients who received acellular allogeneic dermal transplantation from January 2018 to September 2019.The measures and clinical effects of programmed nursing were analyzed.The perioperative patients'psychological state and postoperative pain were evaluated by positive negative psychological questionnaire(Panas),and the postoperative complications and hospitalization time were mastered To evaluate the aesthetic effect of operation.Results All the patients completed the operation successfully.The Panas score was(35.30±2.15),VAS score was(2.86±0.44),hospital stay was(9.24±1.23)d,postoperative complication rate was 2.58%,and the total effective rate of skin transplantation was 96.47%after 6 months of follow-up.Conclusion Procedural nursing in the perioperative period of burn plastic cell allogeneic dermis transplantation is helpful to stabilize the patients'psychology,relieve the bad mood,relieve the postoperative pain,promote the recovery of patients and improve the operation effect.
