摘　　要：河南省虞城县H村为样本,通过对收益法的拓展评估土地使用权流转价值。研究表明:采用一口价的形式补偿土地使用权价值值得商榷.Taking H village,Yucheng county,Henan province as a sample,this paper evaluates the transfer value of land use right through the expansion of the income method.The study shows that the compensation of land use right value in the form of one price is worth discussing.
