摘　　要：为研究河南产猫爪草的质量,按照《中国药典》(2015年版)对河南产猫爪草进行来源鉴别、性状鉴别、横切面显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别,并增加粉末显微鉴别、粗多糖和多糖含量测定项目。结果表明:各新增项目简单、准确、可行、重现性好,可为河南产猫爪草质量评价及质量标准制定提供依据。To Study the Quality of Radix Ranunculi Ternati derived from Henan,this paper tested such as source identification,morphological identification,cross section microscope identification,TLC,moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash and dilute ethanol extract ccording to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).And the following items such as powder microscopic identification,the determination of crude polysaccharide and polysaccharide items had also been added.Results showed that new items are simple,accurate,feasible and reproducible.It can be used to evaluate the quality of Radix Ranunculi Ternati produced in Henan Province and provide a basis for the formulation of its quality standards.
