摘 要:传统高压开关特性测试存在无法在线检测、测量周期长以及接线复杂等问题。分析了高压开关在分闸和合闸时产生射频信号的基本原理和特征,设计了一套基于射频信号特征的高压开关特性非接触式测试系统。并详细阐述了系统的硬件、软件及测试流程,开发了高压开关性能的射频法测试系统样机。最后测试系统的现场测试结果表明,所设计的测试系统能够有效实现高压开关特性的非接触式带电测试,测试结果完全满足工程需求。Traditional high-voltage switch characteristic tests have problems such as inability to detect on-line,long measurement cycle,and complicated wiring.The basic principle and characteristics of the high-frequency switch generating RF signal during the opening and closing are analyzed.A non-contact test system based on the characteristics of RF signal is designed.The hardware,software and test procedures of the system are elaborated,and the prototype of the RF test system for high-voltage switch performance is developed.The field test results of the final test system show that the designed test system can effectively realize the non-contact live test of high-voltage switch characteristics,and the test results fully meet the engineering requirements.
