摘 要:针对太阳能房车蓄电池提供的直流电无法直接为大部分车内电器供电的问题,提出一种基于DSP控制的房车用供电电源系统的设计,功率主电路采用两级变换。前级通过推挽正激电路、高频变压器升压和二极管不控整流组成DC-DC升压电路,将房车蓄电池输出的48 V直流电压升为320 V稳定的直流母线电压。后级基于TMS320F28335控制的双闭环全桥逆变电路,并通过滤波电感和电容实现输出稳定的220 V/50 Hz交流电压。利用MATLAB/Simulink对整个系统进行了初步的仿真验证并搭建实验平台进行了测试,验证了该房车用供电电源设计的正确性。Aiming at the problem that the DC power provided by most solar RV(Recreational Vehicle)batteries cannot supply power to most on-board electrical appliances,a DSP(Digital Signal Processing)-based power supply system for RV is proposed.The power main circuit adopts two-stage transformation.The front stage is composed of a push-pull forward circuit,a high-frequency transformer boost,and a diode uncontrolled rectification to form a DC-DC boost circuit,which boosts the 48 V DC voltage output from the RV battery to a stable DC bus voltage of 320 V.The latter stage is based on the double closed-loop full-bridge inverter circuit controlled by TMS320F28335,and realizes the output of stable 220 V/50 Hz AC voltage through the filter inductor and capacitor.The whole system is simulated and verified by MATLAB/Simulink,and the experimental platform is built to test the correctness of the design of the RV power supply.
