摘　　要：为了提高实验系统的灵活性,制作了若干模块化射频单元,构建了频谱分析仪系统并利用PC机完成控制及显示。该分析仪采用超外差结构,对输入信号进行两次变频,对中频进行对数检波及处理。包含混频器、频率合成器、中频放大器及中频滤波器等,其频率覆盖到1 GHz,动态范围接近100 dB,相位噪声约为-97.6 dB@3 kHz。该套实验装置可广泛应用到广播电视系统自动测试及动态跟踪中。In order to improve the flexibility of experimental systems,several RF modules are designed and assembled into a spectrum analyzer.Control and display are performed at a PC desktop.Super-heterodyne structure is adopted,and the signals are converted to IF,where log-detection of the signal is processed.Mixers,frequency synthesizers,IF amplifiers,and IF filter modules are included in this analyzer.The frequency range covers about 1 GHz,and dynamic range nearly 100 dB.Phase noise is about-97.6 dB at 3 kHz.The kit can be used widely in automatic broadcasting tracking systems.
