摘 要:为满足海洋甚低频压力波动探测方面的需求,设计了一种基于压电元件的甚低频、低噪声的压电水听器。根据设计目标,对压电水听器进行了总体设计,包括压电元件的设计、结构设计以及前置放大电路的设计。利用Multisum仿真分析电路的频率响应特性,实现了传感器的甚低频响应设计;建立了传感器及前置放大器的En-In噪声模型,重点分析了比较电路中各种噪声源的贡献,通过对关键器件选型实现低噪声设计。对设计的甚低频压电水听器的灵敏度、本底噪声和频率响应特性进行了测量,结果表明:该水听器的频率响应范围为0.06 Hz^10 Hz,灵敏度为-166 dB。等效噪声谱级为150 dB@0.1 Hz,对比经典低频海洋环境噪声Holu谱,低于同频段海洋环境噪声谱级,设计的传感器具有一定的应用价值。In order to fulfill the requirements of ocean VLF(Very Low Frequency)pressure fluctuation detection,in this research,a VLF and low noise piezoelectric hydrophone based on piezoelectric elements is designed.According to the design objective,an overall design of piezoelectric hydrophone including the design of piezoelectric elements,the design of structure and the design of preamplifier circuitis carried out.By using Multisim simulation,the frequency response characteristics of the circuit is analyzed to realize the very low frequency sound design of the sensor;the En-In noise model of the sensor and preamplifier is established,and the contribution of various noise sources in the circuit is analyzed through comparison,and the low noise design is realized by selecting proper key devices.The sensitivity,background noise and frequency response characteristics of the designed VLF piezoelectric hydrophone were measured,and the results showed that the frequency response range of the hydrophone was 0.06 Hz^10 Hz and the sensitivity was-166 dB.The equivalent noise spectrum level is 150 dB@0.1 Hz.Compared with the classical low-frequency marine environment noise Holu spectrum,it is lower than the marine environment noise spectrum level of the same frequency band.Therefore,the designed sensor has certain value of application.
