摘  要:针对常用的环形线圈电磁超声换能器的阻抗求解问题,建立电磁超声换能器解析模型,并根据电磁场理论导出双层螺旋线圈的阻抗积分表达式,然后采用截断区域特征函数展开法将其转化为更加容易求解的级数表达式。使用Mathematic软件研究了不同的求和次数和截断半径对阻抗计算结果的影响,并通过阻抗分析仪测量线圈的阻抗,比较了线圈阻抗计算值与测量值。结果表明理论计算和实验测量结果相符,其有效性和正确性得到相互验证。该计算模型与数值仿真运算相比,不仅线圈阻抗的物理意义明晰,而且极大缩短了运算时间。In order to solve the impedance problem of annular coil electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer,an analytical model of electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer is established.According to the theory of electromagnetic field,the impedance integral expression of double-layer spiral coil is derived,and then the truncated region characteristic function expansion method is used to transform the impedance integral expression into a series expression which is easier to solve.The effects of different summation times and truncation radius on the impedance calculation results are studied by using Mathematic software.The impedance of the coil is measured by the impedance analyzer,and the calculated value and the measured value of the coil impedance are compared.The results show that the theoretical calculation result and the experimental measurement are in good agreement with each other.Compared with numerical simulation,the calculation model not only has clear physical meaning of coil impedance,but also greatly shortens the operation time.
