摘 要:为揭示冲击形式与损耗功率之间的依赖关系,基于离散单元法复现圆柱形和圆台形容器内颗粒的运动形式,探究由颗粒运动形式不同而造成的冲击形式以及能量损耗的差异。结果表明,相比于圆柱形容器,圆台形容器内颗粒的运动存在明显的区域特性,这种特殊的运动形式对冲击力周期分岔具有一定的抑制作用,使其对系统的冲击形式呈“小而密”型。耗能结果显示,这种“小而密”型冲击方式所产生的能量损耗要高于圆柱形内“大而疏”型冲击形式,并且二者的耗能差值会随着振动强度的提高而增大。通过分析容器倾角的渐变过程进一步验证了冲击形式对损耗功率的显著影响。In order to reveal the dependence between the impact forms and the loss power,the motion patterns of the particles in cylinder and conical containers were reproduced through the discrete element method,and the difference between the impact forms and the energy loss caused by different forms of particle motion was explored.The results show that compared with a cylinder container,the movement of the particles in a conical container has obvious regional characteristics.This special form of motion has a certain inhibitory effect on the impact subharmonic bifurcations,so that the impact form on the system is expressed as“Small and dense”type.The energy consumption results show that the energy loss caused by this“small and dense”impact mode is higher than that of the“large and sparse”type of impact in the cylinder container,and the energy consumption difference between the two increases with the vibration intensity.The significant effect of the impact form on the power loss is further verified by analyzing the gradual process of the container inclination.
