摘 要:基于Theil指数、重心模型、空间耦合指数和局域Moran's I指数,分析了福建省城镇建设用地与经济发展空间格局的耦合特征;采用最小二乘法、虚拟变量和面板回归模型,探讨了两者空间格局耦合的驱动机制。结果显示:1)建设用地和经济发展在空间集中度上都呈现先上升后下降的过程,建设用地偏向于集中在行政等级较高的市辖区,而经济发展倾向于在沿海都市连绵区集聚,两者重心都有向东南偏移趋势(建设用地重心南移明显),两者空间格局耦合呈现东西分异和“中心-外围”结构。2)第二产业GDP占比、县域总人口、集体企业从业人口、企业利润和社会消费是影响两者空间格局耦合的主要因素;两者的耦合机制存在显著的东西差异和行政单元间的个体差异。最后,提出了引导建设用地与经济发展空间耦合发展的政策建议。This study discussed the coupling relationship between the spatial patterns of construction land and economic development of Fujian Province based on Theil index,spatial gravity center model,spatial coupling index and local Moran′s I index.Furthermore,the driving forces of the coupling relationship were also examined based on OLS method,dummy variable regression,and panel data model.Results showed that:1)Both of the spatial concentration of construction land and economic development appeared to have a decline trend after an initial increase.Construction land mainly concentrated in the municipal districts with higher administrative level,while economic development gathered in the coastal metropolitan interlocking regions.2)Both of the spatial gravity centers of construction land and economic development had the trend to move to the southeast,while the spatial gravity center of construction land moved much to the south.3)The coupling relationship between the spatial patterns of construction land and economic development showed obvious east-west difference and core-periphery structure.More specifically,the east-west difference was gradually narrowing,while the core-periphery structure had been highlighted.4)The coupling relationship was mainly influenced by GDP proportion of the second industry,total population of counties,working population of collective enterprise,enterprise profits and social consumption.Furthermore,the mechanism of the coupling relationship exhibited significant individual and east-west difference.At last,some targeted policy suggestions were proposed to realize the coordination of construction land and economic development.
