摘  要:为解决鲁村煤矿东Ⅳ区主下山在超前支承压力影响下巷道变形剧烈的难题,综合采用理论计算、钻孔窥视、数值模拟和现场巷道变形观测等方法对围岩松动范围进行确定,对原有巷道支护方式进行优化设计。得出超前支承压力作用下主下山围岩松动范围为2.12m,在此基础上优化设计的"锚网(索)+钢带"支护方案能有效控制巷道围岩变形,满足现场生产需要。经工程实践证明,多种研究手段相结合能更准确地定位把握现场实际生产条件,能提出更有效的巷道支护方案,保证现场安全生产,节约支护生产成本。To solve the problem of severe deformation of roadway under the influence of advanced abutment pressure in the eastern IV district of Lucun Coal Mine,this paper uses the methods of theoretical calculation,borehole peep,numerical simulation and in-situ observation of roadway deformation to determine the range of surrounding rock loose range,and optimizes the original roadway support mode.It is concluded that the loose range of surrounding rock is 2.12 m under the action of advanced abutment pressure.Based on this,the optimized support scheme of"bolt-mesh-anchor+steel belt"can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway and meet the needs of field production.Engineering practice has proved that the combination of various research methods can more accurately locate and grasp the actual production conditions on site,and can propose more effective roadway support scheme to ensure safety production on site and save the production cost of support.
